A Small Corner of the World

It is easy to capture the everyday beauty of my corner of the world by simply walking out my front door, so I decided it was time to finally put my work in one place so I can share it with those who love the same corners of the PNW that I do.

My lens focuses on many different elements, but the changing seasons on the farm have allowed me the opportunity to understand the land in a deeper way. I tour homesteads that used to be and chase calves through the snow to capture a moment in time that I can always return to. The core of my work is to be close and connected to what I'm shooting -- the creases of leaves, the grain of abandoned wood, the movement of rain.
